Maud CRASK-GOBERTIER is coming from a catering industry background. She decides then to become qualified in the childcare industry. She has been working for several years as a Customer Service Manager within e-commerce.
In 2003, she arrived in the UK where she developed her skills in management. Having found love there, she lived in the UK for 10 years. Living abroad made her life full of discovery regarding a new culture and a lot of adaptations skills. On her return to France with her family, she faced the difficulty having to find childcare to be able to work.
Since then, she was able to provide new places in the micro-crèche. With her professionalism and bilingualism, she is offering the perfect place to welcome children.
The owner is regularly on the group to make sure all the rules and regulations are in place.
The owner cannot replace the manager in her functions as a nursery nurse but is able provide help for the team in case of absences.
Her daily missions are:
- Administration, Financial and marketing management
- Staff management
- Relations with various territorial partners
- Follow up on the education plan
- Family support
- Development of the micro-crèche
- Protection of the micro-crèche
