Our team is composed of childcare industry professionals to provide comfort and security for all the children attending the micro-crèche.

The manager

The nursery’s manager has acquired a nurse diploma recognised by the government and has gain a nine years’ experience as a director substitute and a year as a duty manager.

Nursery nurse

She is working closely with the owner of the nursery. The director is a key role for meeting the health and safety regulations.

When away from the micro-crèche, she is replaced by an “auxiliaire de puericulture” who will insure her function.

The manager’s role is to lead the team, to make sure that the educational project is followed, the check on the growth of the child, to secure and ensure the wellbeing of the children.

In a micro-crèche, the nursery nurse has the following functions:

  • Inform, alert and advise the manager and the team and or will take the role of “acceuil inclusive et referent santé” which is prohibit in micro-crèche.
  • Technical procedure
  • Respect of the educational plan
  • Follow up on the registrations and files
  • Follow up on all the activities
  • Participation of the period of adaptation

Auxiliaire de puériculture

Within the maternity ward and the crèche, “ l’auxiliaire de puériculutre” supports children’s learning abilities until the age of 3 while ensuring their hygiene and comfort.

Here at Popets, it’s Angélique’s role:

  • Welcoming the children and their families to establish a trusted relationship
  • Follow up on all children’s activities day to day learnings, activities
  • Ensure their hygiene, comfort, and wellbeing.
  • Providing a healthy environment and bring it to attention if necessary
  • Everyday check environment to make sure that all the children attending the micro-crèche are safe.
  • Treatments administration and protocol follow up
  • Participation of the education plan

Accompagnant éducatif petite enfance

We would like to introduce two professionals who have experience in th childcare industry too. Marion et Margaux’s everyday tasks are preparing the meals, organizing activities, ensure hygiene and comfort, and help children developing the skills and being autonomous.

  • Providing excellent conditions for the wellbeing of the children.
  • Organising the living place to adapt in function of the children needs and age
  • Make sure that all the period of adaptation are going well
  • Establish a relationship between the families and the children
  • Observe the psychomotor of children and detect any dysfunctions
  • Make sure that all protocols are followed
  • Welcoming all the families

Our team is trained regularly in a variety of subjects, which complement their practical analysis every two months.
